Warranty Information
At LeBrae Home, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. We offer warranties on all our products to ensure your peace of mind and satisfaction with your purchase.
General Warranty
All our furniture comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
PortaSofa Warranty
Our compressed sofas are designed for durability and comfort, and come with a 2-year warranty covering both the frame and the fabric.
Sofa and Bed Warranty
- Sofa Warranty
Our sofas are crafted to last, and we offer a 2-year warranty on the frame of all our sofas. In addition, the fabric on our sofas is covered by a 1-year warranty for any defects in material or workmanship.
- Bed Warranty
Our beds are built with durability in mind. We provide a 2-year warranty on the frame of all our beds. The fabric on our beds is also covered by a 1-year warranty.
Faults and Warranties Clause
Please note that the following are not covered by our warranties:
• Normal wear and tear: Including but not limited to fading, stretching, or softening of fabric over time.
• Misuse or abuse: Any damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs: Any alterations or repairs made by anyone other than LeBrae Home or an authorized service provider.
• Environmental factors: Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, such as sunlight, humidity, or temperature fluctuations.
• Accidental damage: Including but not limited to spills, stains, burns, cuts, or pet damage.
• Transportation and assembly: Any damage incurred during transportation, assembly, or disassembly, unless handled by LeBrae Home or an authorized service provider.
